No sir, I do not have any planning to start my own business. I just want to make my career in reputable organization. I will consider this organization as my own organization. I will work here with full dedication. My focus is on improving my performance and advance career in growth.

Till now I haven't given any serious thought to it because the very first thing that is required for a good business is a good idea.
Moving to business should not be a compulsion it should be a passion. So this is not the case with me right now.

What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?

When I take any decision I don't feel it as a tough decision for me, as I have decided so, I only concentrate how to prove my decision right, and try to give as best as I can.

Upto now I had not taken any toughest decision. Because I had considered everything as a part of life. I didn't felt that it is the toughest. Because I believe in that emotions won't provide solutions to problems.

Who has inspired you in your life and why?

I'm inspired by my sister. She is very sincere and hardworking woman. She speaks English very well. She is not from computer science background instead she learned some programming languages and tools required to get placed in any software company. She started her carrier with very low salary in Bangalore.

With that I learn that whatever the things may be if we have strong determination we can do anything. Nothing is impossible right. And salary doesn't matter at all. Once we started doing job it will teach us everything. Once we stay away from our family and spend our own money to get survive then we will come to know how difficult is to manage a family and the value of money.

She got married and after one year her husband died in an accident. At that time she was carrying. I can say in that situation she is in a pool of sorrow. But she does not give up. She did MBA and now she is earning 80,000 per annum. Because of her patience only she is happy now. She started her new life and of course she is rocking.

I consider myself as my role model. People always choose some other personality, why do they do that? I mean look at yourself, the time you chose some other human being you lost faith in yourself. We should never give faith in ourselves.

Would you lie for the company?

I cannot say yes or no, because it depends on situations. If that lie can help some good for the company and if there is no alternative I'll lie for the company.

Lying and manipulating are two different things, lying is changing the facts and manipulation means stating the facts in a way that they look better. So yes I won't mind manipulating for the company, if the situation demands that, but I won't lie.

Lying is not in a matter of choice. It all depends on situations and condition that one have to deal with all due respect to pros and cons. I am not a person who always speaks truth and lie as well, but I feel I am the one who always prefer to find the best alternatives way.

Sorry but I won't lie for the company because according to me lying is only the tool which help us to escape the current situation, but one day later we have to face it, with some more consequences. So its better to face it today and find the solution.
