How do you feel about reporting to a younger person?

I would take it positively as I believe your credibility make you senior from your colleague not your age. If he/She have that skills and ability then I should learn and respect the same.

No sir I don't have problem to do work under which person is smaller than me as age. I respect to his knowledge. Like as a inspector chair we respect to his chair not a particular man. Same type I respect to his talent, his post, his knowledge and his ability.

I have observed the lot of strong points in my boss but the most things which I have observed or I have learnt from him is that he is innovative, energetic, is punctuality, well merged with the time management skills and fully dedication to the work and always try to learn from mistake or failure and guide to all employees on time by time and arranging training to the employees when ever needed, giving the chances to the employees for their better improvement in their respective area, but as as we know that every person have some drawback also, nobody is always perfect.

But I think that I am not in that position to judge him as negatively, so I always try to learn the good things from him so that I can also apply in my life and which will be definitely help to me for my future growth.

There are many strong points and it is difficult to choose a few but I have learnt time management, discipline from my boss. "A coin has both sides" in the same way everyone has weak points also but I can not say weak points because I feel I'm not the right person to reveal.

What would you say to your boss if he is crazy about an idea, but you think it stinks?

I would listen carefully to his idea and make him feel respected in the way I will present my own idea then allow him to make the final decision as my boss then carry on with the implementation.

I always have a logical and analytical discussion with my boss. I would definitely put my concerns about the idea in front of him. If we can together work around the concerns then that's best. This has till now always worked positively for me.

I will give priority to my boss's opinion first, but I always have to think about the company's development and avoiding risk. In this regard, if I found boss is going completely against the company's interest, then I would try my best to demonstrate by views, logical points and other issues which is beneficial to the company.

Due to health problems / Functions / Family reasons that too in a critical positions. I kept leaves. After coming back to my company I cleared my work with accuracy.

Honestly speaking,i have taken few days of leave for some proper health reason. But i understand my responsibilities in the terms of my assigned work, So, i did my pending work by managing my time.

Yes. I have taken more than few days leave. But, I have informed about my leave before 2 weeks to my superior officer and to all my team-mates those working on the same project.

Also, before leaving I had documented the work completed by me in that project to help others team-mates to continue my task during my absence.

What changes would you make if you came on board?

Changes are inevitable and it should be constantly made to improve productivity of the company. No change, no development. The corporate goals, vision and policies should not be changed. Yet, certain amendments can be made in the organisational structure according to the current work environment and situation. Further more creativity, innovation are required to improve the performance of the company.

First of all I would like to say that I would not change anything but I would add something additional to the ongoing project, so that there will be no delay in project.

At the same time I would like to bring changes in the organization. First I will study the company goals, regulations, environment and process, if there is any changes needed than I will change by taking suggestions from the experienced persons for effective results, which will satisfy the current needs and make the organization running.

I believe change is the only constant thing in life and will try to change things as per the markets demand and to achieve company's target keeping in mind the basic concept of customer satisfaction. Life is full of challenges. I have faced many challenges in my life. Sometimes I have failed and sometimes I have got success. I never bother about failures because it gives me experiences to face next challenges.

Usually a man can do work approx 55 to 65 hours in a week. But I never do count it, because work is the most important & first priority for me. As per me people count working hours if they are not interesting in the job expect to time pass. I always enjoy with my work and always try to get finish it timely. Whenever situation demands I always be stand for work.

Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.

Yeah, I Faced it and corrected it as well and felt it as a Stepping stone.

Apart from that let me describe the situation, I like to be independent in taking decisions and that was not supported by my colleagues and later I came to Realize independency itself has it's dependency in Some cases.

As a fresher I joined my previous organization and after spending my two months over there I start working in my own way which I learnt during my training period, but my senior didn't like this he start criticizing me, for at least one week he always rejected my work which I was doing.

After this when I get one project by my these efforts then he stop criticizing me an appreciate me. Through this I learnt my biggest experience in my professional field that how we can overcome with criticism.

I would like to replace the word criticized by Coached. There are mistakes that we all make at work and I was lucky to be coached by my superiors in my past jobs. To give you an example I was asked to make a presentation for the entire team as a training material and my superiors were not impressed by the presentation so I asked them to help me make a perfect presentation and it turned out to be one of the best presentations.

It has not a so many jobs its a steps. If you see my CV in my first job I was Data Analyst and then Data Specialist and now I am working as a process associate, so from my point its level which I have achieved.

When we want to reach at the roof of our home then we use stairs. Because we know this is the only way to reach safely. If we stand in point then how we will reach the roof. That's why I did this and I am proud to say this that I had so many jobs because through this I learnt so many things.

Why have you been out of work so long?

I am very grateful to my previous employer Global Analytics India Pvt. Ltd. For providing me their supportive and educative platform in analytics as a fresher. However, there are 2 aspects of my decision to quit the previous job:

- Personal: had a serious medical emergency in family which demanded my presence at home.

- Professional: I wish to further learn advanced techniques while improving on the industry standards in a setup which provides challenging opportunities to learn and grow faster.

Both these factors drove me to explore formal research as a career option over past few months while I was at home. Now, having done an educated comparison about its growth aspects both in terms of learning curve and earnings, I believe that this opportunity at your company suits best with both my abilities and career aspirations in short and long term as well.

How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?

Success has different meanings. The meaning of success lies in the courage of overcoming your fears and failure and continue doing your work without being disheartened. Always remember, if you have the faith in yourself and if you keep working towards your goals without letting failures affect your self esteem, one day you'll reach the stars. And even if you don't, at least you'll have the satisfaction that you were honest with your efforts.

Once you figure out your personal meaning of success and have a clear understanding of what is important to you, you will see that your dreams are within arm's length. You can achieve anything and everything once you are sure of what you want to do and the most vital part of being sure is to have confidence in yourself and what you plan to do. This is only possible once you start loving yourself and your work.

Loving yourself is important because if you don't love yourself, you'll never have the confidence to grow. Loving your work is important because Success is driven by passion. Unless and until you are very passionate about something and crave for it, you will not be able to put your 100% in accomplishing it.
